It's alive....IT'S ALIVE! :D Great Job there Zout! If you guys need leather pieces for gaskets or what not please let me know I'll send you a box full of end cuts that are at my shop. Also any thoughts to sprucing up the steering wheel? Just wondering....
Basically on 151a2s MILITARY POLICE was in 2 inch letters on the bottom of the windshield glass and the Military Police spare tire disk on the back. All other markings were regular mill markings.
Just going off of my personal military experience and my love for commo I think you have a telephone relay (switch). Basically a mobile version of your local Ma Bell telephone building. It may have also had some radios as a way of re-transmitting the phone signals but I couldn't tell you and...
Go Zout go Zout..... Cheering from the crowd! Now I know why they call you Commander Warp! I thought it was for your warped sense of humor but I see it's also for you warp speed!

Nice truck. You got some work cut out for you but you should be able to get it back in working order. I love the headlight mod someone did. Gives it a different look than on the fender where they are suppose to be. Keep posting picks!
I use to haul an MKT with a 1993 Ford F-250 and that pushed the truck a little bit. I would think the lightness of the HMMWV might be to much for the MKT. Remember the MKT was designed to be pulled behind a M35a2.
I'm going from memory here, but it looks like the right one to me. Does it not engage when you try to start the it? Is it causing any other issues besides making noise when turning the motor by hand?
