Lane (citizensoldier) has the exhaust kits for $200, He would bring one down to the trail ride in Grayling for ya, (possibly the 17th in Lansing) It has all the parts, then you could either sell or hang onto the rest of it. (J pipes do rust out too)
Install a pyrometer before the turbo and adjust so temps stay below the melting point of aluminum pistons and turbo blades. Also excessive black smoke is unburnt fuel. ( a sign you've gone too far.)
Keep it under 1200°F to be safe.

you need to verify the frame #. Go easy on the scraping / sanding as they usually are not that deep.
You have a replacement data tag (on the dash) and the 1st one I've seen that was riveted on.
Everyone is still learning. One guy here just recently learned where the master cylinder is.
Pick up a -10 operators manual while you wait for your truck and read it.
Then, read it again.

Been sitting in this museum parking lot for a few years.

Was hoping for the cheap easy,
but might be a fun little project at the camp site too, Guess I should pop one off the M880 and draw it up, get a piece of stock
I got a price of $72 each to make them to Mil Spec.
I inquired as to current inventory but they felt...
The 20' bed on the M814 is awesome!
The M36's 17' bed is barely long enough for my M880.
I have thought long & hard about making a crew cab Deuce
Using a M36 with a M35 bed leaving about 5' to make the crew cab.
Not sold on the side view with out moving the axles back, (making the turning radius...
Yes 75 thru 77 for the box, many other years if you change out the rest of the steering componants too.
I have a usable one I'd trade towards a power steering box.
almost all parts for the M880's are W200 w/3500# front axle.
Cooling system parts are same as w200 w/air.
