Sorry, LTL means Less Than Truck Load amount, trucking companies specialize in small loads like individual pallets, sometimes for very cheap rates depending on locations/hubs.

Nice looking truck, I too have not made the jump to geting the 70 gallons of hydraulic fluid my 543A2 needs yet, still looking for a deal on a 55 gallon drum, $270 at Sam's Club!

I have four of this type of compressor, but this is the only one with a Std.Mil. Engine, the others have the Wisconsin Robin engines of which I have a scrap one of those for parts but no use in this case!
James G.
Is the flywheel the same on the one and two cylinder engines? I picked up another one of the small compressors, it looks new except for the missing flywheel!
Thanks,
James G.
I was there in the spring, very friendly folks, with a lot of equipment and tons of parts. They were at the last OK Forestry Commission auction and about bought up everything.

GL told me a min. of 45 days on a first time EUC, but mine cleared in 26! I am happy with my 105 the wood is a little weather worn but the cover is mint.

There is salvage yard in Rogers Arkansas that uses these a lot, he had several of the civi models, next time I am there I will ask about a price if he is willing to sell. We have several large trucking firms here in Springdale, you see truck being hauled by this method pretty often.

It is a "Public Auction", I have never understood why people on this forum get so upset, these auctions are not a secret! I much rather someone on this forum beat me on a bid than some excavator company that will rag out a mint truck and sell it for scrap in 3-4 years. I don't want to...
Will, Gimpy & David, you guys are geniuses, I would I stored that away somewhere and kept on looking for a boom operators cover, not knowing I already had one!!! Thanks for the insight!

PS: My bows are a little bent so some repairs will be required.
There is no way I could be that lucky!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will go and take a couple of more shots of the canvas, it does have a strap and buckle to tighten up the canvas, I couldn't figure how to use the buckle to close the pouch, but as a top it could just be. Thanks for the idea!

What is this??? When it was given to me I thought it was an antenna? But it ain't! It has four rods in it 46 inches long and all have male ends on them. I can't pass up free canvas but I would still like to know what they are, the guy said it came off a wrecker he had.
Thanks,
James G.
I forgot to get a photo of it but there is going to be a mint Fuel truck coming up soon, it has pump and hoses and I think only 4200 miles on it, paint is perfect.
