Well I got my reply today.
Said they don't have any M36's
I guess I shouldn't have assumed they had one just because it is listed for sale on their web site.
There is a M36A2 at SECO www.secoaugusta.com
All they say is

Was hoping someone close by could give it a personal look for me.
I asked for details via email
So far I got
I'll be a little more specific next time
What should I ask about?
For the asking price I would think it must...
Re: RE: M880 Troop Seats
Good observation!
I have seen several CUCV's with the M880 sets at Camp Grayling, the shorter leg still contacts the floor and supports weight, but is not correct.
While I haven't seen the CUCV set on a M880, this is nothing a sawzall wouldn't take care of
Yes those would be the M880 series seats, they are interchangeable with the CUCV's, although the CUCV's got aluminum slats instead of the wood. (if not when 1st produced, then somewhere down the line.)
I have found my NOS seat bottom, the guy I got it from had searched long and hard, He did find one NOS seat back after about 2 years, if he does find any more he will let me know.
I guess I should reprhase that, If he finds more than 2 more he will let me know.

No Military designation of XM880, EVER.
The M880/M890 series were 1976 and 1977 model year trucks only. Which were produced from late 1975 through early 1978. The production through early 78 was due to the cab & chassis versions being sent from the Dodge truck plant to the companies that put...
There is a place called Alfa Heaven on the internet, but from what I have seen their prices are double what they are worth.
There is not a large quantity of these trucks available and they do not sell for high dollars so there aren't really any places that specialize in them.
The typical W200 weighs about 4500 lbs.
The 3/4 ton thing is a general clasification refering to load capacity. Which on these trucks are rated for 2500 pounds (1 1/4 ton) Which is why the military calls them 1 1/4 ton trucks.
a 1970 318 was rated at 220 hp
