Also, if the end curtain is coming off you could attach it directly to the bow with screws and large washers with small holes. I did that to two of mine and they are holding well.
I love Ohio! Anyone can drive a "commercial" vehicle for non commercial use with a regular driver's license! Gotta have appropriate plates on the vehicle though. Ah, the land of freedom.
Have to figure out how the low coolant light started coming on intermittently, with the radiator completely full. Don't see a sensor on the overflow tank but looks like it's time to hit the TM combined with common sense. Darn TM can lead you to an empty wallet if you aren't careful.

I too thought it was a second hidden switch in addition to the main battery power switch, to stop thieves. However, if it feels sloppy, the replacement is a good idea, as it could fail at a time most inconvenient.
Yes, the batteries would start the truck regardless of the alternator's condition, if fully charged good batteries.
You could just momentarily bypass the battery cut off switch to check it. Not like we have taxpayer funding to just throw stuff at these beasts.

It was already taken off the left side by the slope. The weight of the load is balanced (left and right) but that slope really showed a curve on the right side springs. If it were level, both would have been necessary. I actually wanted to shift some of it to the left side.
