Indeed. I had 1/4 tank on one tank and knew darn well I should have switched tanks and drove it home fine. Next time I went to start it, it failed to start. I switched tanks and pumped up the lift pump and it fired right up. I realize you only have one tank, so it's worthy of hauling fuel cans...
We havn't been but one or two degrees below 0°F, but I have started both my MVs in the lower single digits. With the CUCV, I just cycle the GPs once with zero mods to the truck. She is as the General originally made her other than using the AC Delco 60Gs. It (of course) don't fire like when...
Just my opinion, but by you asking stirring those who know the answer to help, by answering, you have helped folks like me who didn't even think to ask. So you did help.

I believe the date code is just 403. When I zoom I see the "1" is actually a "T". So being a 403 makes it born on 1993, or 1983, which I doubt. Before the year 2000, date codes were three digits, as it is usually evident by the fine cracks on the sidewalls if a tire is more yhan a decade old...
Try opening a few different pictures and look at their info/details. My digital camera takes different data size pictures, however I just noticed on my phone they are all the same size, regardless. So, disregard my hypothesis. Must be just a glitch on the site.
The same camera will take different size pictures (datawise) depending on what all is in the picture. More vivid colors or more bright sunlight can make a much larger image, datawise. You should be able to resize problem pics to under 800x800 (or at least 800 megapixels on the longest direction...
