I got a quote for the transport and I can't drive to OKC and back for the Fuel cost let alone the 9 hour drive there and back.
480 miles round trip.... quote was about $1 mile from Ft. Sill to...
O.K. now Tim the guys in the WHITE Coats are here for your daily "BATH"....
He's exaggerating a little, left out some stuff and didn't explain how the neighbors will react....... but other than that.
Welcome to site.
Now GET IN, BUCKLE UP and HANG ON cause this hobby, sport, addiction is...
MK the 3500 would be a BREEZE towing it.... Ask Warthog!!! I got the last one from him in a blistering snowstorm last Feb Mar.....
The problem is I'm in Houston so the first 5 hours are not possible and maintain a Friday appearance at the job, Ft. Sill doesn't do Fri pickups.... Goober.... ment...
I won a M1009 in Ft. Sill, haven'tgottent the EUC cleared yet, but anybody interested in a short Tow job???
It's worth CASH MONEY and custom smoked MEATS!!!
Just won a M1009 from Ft.Sill.... Who got the other one? First time with GL so more to come. I'm hoping they want it off their books and property sheets by NEW YEAR....
Looks in great shape, no run, no keys (got some of them) typical flats..... we'll see what the real story is when I get up there!!
If this is happenning only when engine is cold, and its cold outside, it is normal, to some extent.
I have the same problem now that weather is down below 50 degrees. No problem when air is warmer. No air leaks in fuel filter base, fuel pump is strong.
I cycle the gp's, crank and it starts runs...
Thanks!!

Discovered my front differential doesn't apply power when in 4WD?????
Can you guess what I'm doing to the CUCV next?????
And now the kicker.....
While "playing" at the farm today, I discovered that my 4WD doesn't actually work????
Barrman, I was doing the wheeling at BVORR in 2WD even when I thought I was in 4WD.
Now I'm impressed!!!
But now I have one more thing to fix!!!
I'll post the mudding pictures...
Flint?
Are you serious?
"Some vehicles will drain power from the battery if the key is in the ignition "
Not in my wildest nightmare shave I ever heard of something so crazy.
Not even when my daughter, after just learning how to drive wanted to know when the blinkers weren't working if we needed...
Black looks best
"But like anything military there is no real standard" ARE YOU KIDDING???? everything we did, including going to the latrine had an SOP.......
Is this for a blazer or p/u?
look at my avatar. The tires are 33x10.50x15 Toyo A/T's
They fit fine. I added a lift kit because I needed a little clearance and like the look of the medium lift. NEver had a problem with clearance on drums or rotors.
If it's for a pickup, then can't help you
I'll put mine in for the Sunday parade..... Might need to find a Bird Bath to clean her up a bit after the trails.
Any word on status of trails at BVORR? I read the website and it mentions they tend to close some when they have alot
of rain. B\CS get the rain that we got in Houston Area?
Hadn't considered YELL practice...... that changes the plan a hair... I'll have to check with the rest of the gang, I know the son would be up for it!!! just have to figure out the rest of the logistics for the travel trailer....
