How can you have two different tire sizes on your truck. Wouldn't this destroy the sprag in the transfer case? One tire is turning faster than the other, right?

Good point! I should of specified automotive glas type silicone.

I find that when you use silicon (black type for color- looks like rubber) instead of using the rubber strips that sit between the frame and glass, it does a excellent job of stopping the water from seeping in between the glass and window frame.

I believe that is the closest thing to a "jeep in crate" these days. That truck looks awesome. I still like the idea of the stars stenciled on the trucks. I am glad to see them still doing that.

I would have to agree with Bruce on this one. I bought a junk M818 for parts and it ended up having a real nice motor in it. Got the whole thing at the time for $500 bucks. The truck that I spent thousands on ended up have a bad motor in that I thought was good.

Never had this problem with an M35. Would the Army actually ever consider the Marine MTVR for a truck in their fleet?

What rollers in particular are we talking about? The actual rollers that the boom rides on? A picture would be great.

Those vehicles are made in New Orleans by Textron land systems. They also make the LCAC for the Navy down here.

They did! The smell of new paint, rubber, glass, and metal coming together all as one. Better than a new car smell.
