Well said mangus. I believe it was getting out of control and some of it ( a lot of it) was starting to become non MV related. The list going away opened my eyes to SS and Thank God. I now see the light.
How can you have two different tire sizes on your truck. Wouldn't this destroy the sprag in the transfer case? One tire is turning faster than the other, right?

I find that when you use silicon (black type for color- looks like rubber) instead of using the rubber strips that sit between the frame and glass, it does a excellent job of stopping the water from seeping in between the glass and window frame.
I believe that is the closest thing to a "jeep in crate" these days. That truck looks awesome. I still like the idea of the stars stenciled on the trucks. I am glad to see them still doing that.

Friction force is not dependent on surface area but rather the coefficent of friction which is determined by the material properties. Hence, five small spots is adequate enough.
I would have to agree with Bruce on this one. I bought a junk M818 for parts and it ended up having a real nice motor in it. Got the whole thing at the time for $500 bucks. The truck that I spent thousands on ended up have a bad motor in that I thought was good.
