Replaced the PCU with one from a working CTIS - from NV555.
Also installed the new Purest air dryer.
CTIS flashes all 5 until wet tank switch closes, then goes to solid HWY. Pressing SAND the mode light comes on but nothing happens, same as before the PCU swap.
Storage as in not functioning?
I have the CTIS PCU out right now so can't do much till that is fixed.

I have found 2 places - CA & NY that list the Conti HCS 14R20... my reasons for that choice are A) Newer currently made tire B) Bigger but not a 53" C) Not found that they have issues.
I would consider newer Goodyears or Michelins in the 14R20 but those seem hard to find except in older take-offs.

Proceeded to test the solenoids but was a little confused at the markings in the plug not matching the schematic...
Tennmogger, Thanks for the additional info.
Its interesting that you mentioned the fan clutch since I heard a new air leak yesterday when just turning power on, but not starting. Turned out the last motorpool guy had tightened the bottom fitting so the hose was rubbing. It finally wore...
