Have you treated it with anything for the algae? That stuff will line your fuel lines and everything. That is probably what is causing the pressure issues as you said it started great and then over time it would take longer eventually leading to using starter fluid. I wouldn't be surprised if...

When you changed the filters and stuff, did it look like there was any algae in there or in the tank? A small amount of that stuff can wreak havoc in the fuel system as it will get into everything.

Exterior oil leaks from the head gasket is typically normal. The old style has tabs that allow for seepage. If you're ordering a new gasket, check out SECO for the set, I bought a set earlier this year at $60/EA which was much cheaper than anyone else, just took about week or so with shipping...

Another idea, buy the cheap tarps, cut them in half, use a little tape to stop the fray and put a bungee or two on each tire to keep it there. I forgot, but my grandparents did that with their rv when it was not in use.

I also suggest the fire pit cover. Another thing I'd add is to use some rubber conditioner to help protect the tires further. I use aircraft rubber conditioner I found on Amazon and it leaves a matte finish, no shine so the tire looks like it's brand new.
