If your bearing is like most others, there should be a number on the side of it.
Take it out and go to a bearing distributor company. They should be able to cross reference it or they may even have your part on the shelf. I use a company here in town and regularly buy bearings for a few...

My opinion is that a regular fuel cap is the way to go.
You can always use a little RTV on the inside of your new cap to keep the 4 holes in the top from corroding away over time.

Like @TOBASH mentioned in the very first reply, the frame is not the ground for lighting (or anything else) on the HMMWV. The "grounding kit" can cause you more trouble than you already have by creating a ground loop. You should start with removing each connector and wire brushing the...

Well... The theory you mentioned should have been correct. The truck should have pulled toward the tree - or the tree should have fallen. On the other hand, you may have hit a bump in the road. There may be a sheared pin in the winch. There might also be a check valve that could have been...

Well, I gave up. On the link. It works - kinda. I was able to scroll left and right. Was able to see dates. I clicked on several dozen and got nothing. I managed to get several with a red exclamation in them. Never really SAW anything - picture related.
Maybe I need to try a different...

I am of the opinion that a Braden winch is the right winch. The Braden Winch Company of Broken Arrow Oklahoma provided all the winches for the Dodge WC series of 3/4 Ton 4x4 and 1-1/2 ton 6x6 military trucks during WWII.
In 1983 Braden Winch company was sold to PACCAR Manufacturing...

You might look in the TM, Parts in particular...
I extracted two pages that might be useful.
There is a WAD of O-Rings in those little selector valves.
There is another source of information - written in regular english - that might also help...
