Might not be what you're looking for. Not the same as Data Plate digits.

Your not quite right IMO and research. :) My point is we are trouble shooting down stream of the PCB. Main battery does flow thru it.
Battery IN on engine harness "E" and right out cabin harness "G"
Battery out cabin harness "G" is NOT under any control / treatment by said "SMART"...
Question from the peanut gallery. Point me to where the CB-2 RUN circuit feeds power to the PCB and or how it controls gauges?
Lost with the road map in hand, CAMO
Thanks for the test. If I got this right... Were chasing RUN CB-2 popping? Follow along with Springer's 'Blue Lined Print' Don't worry about the Wait or Brake LED's. Check out the wiper motor and washer. Easy, could just unplug it at the motor / switch to eliminate that. Note the wires...
"I have a good electronics background and have done lots of wiring and troubleshooting "
YES, you do. Good analytical thinking and pulled the prints. (y) BIG POINTS to Springer... Beyond the call of duty.
I note too... the volt meter swing to low "yellow" guessing about 19 +/- volts...
Been there done that... in a little different way. No more 900 dollar fixes to start a simple diesel truck.

WOOHOO... Friend OK. BUT Not advisable to make this connection (per conversions) to pull 12 Volts out of the battery bank this way. Puts the +12 volts referenced to ground on the negative of your plugs. Reference ground to ground and play it safe. Should the product you have be plugged...
Idea and cheap. Open the hole up keeping it round to an available size next. Snap in a plastic hole plug. Seal and paint as needed. Works on those MAK holes too.
Quick link or search...all sizes even metal.

I do not have that belt set-up... so this could be way out in left field. (likely) Don't serpentine belts like to ride in the groves of the pulleys?? The forth picture has me confused.
About to learn something, CAMO
Made that tool after fussing and studying what going on with my rebuild. Double check the cam action for the E-brake when you think you got it figured out.
Building the gripping part.
Used the piston nut part as template.
Next the compression parts.
Paint makes it all work better. LOL...
