Fuel return line plugged or blocked?

Water in the fuel? I see the stack blowing vapor out as if the injectors are delivering water instead of fuel. Could just be vapor from the air but looks excessive.

And the fuel shut-off solenoid not retracting during cranking. You can wire it back to hold the fuel control lever open.

Ah! Thank you! Looks like I'm just missing a q harness from the sensor to a triangular 3 prong connector.

Since there isn't much for manuals around, got some questions. My information module says "boost pressure sensor circuit open" . Sounds reasonable since it's not plugged in. I don't see wires or a plug for it. Can someone take a look to see where the wires lead into the harness?
