I agree. I've seen the kits for as high as $2500 per axle, and that is just too much for three axles, but $1300 and 850 per each rear isn't too terrible.

Lockup is only going to drop you a couple hundred rpm vs direct drive non lockup. It is better, but still won't compare to the 3053a with the waterloo kit.
