Is the benefit worth the trouble and cost though? I run mine at 15- 18 psi boost every day, even towing, and I haven't had an issue. No, I don't have a pyro either. And I don't need to be scolded about it. If I melt it down, I'll fix it.
Although, if it was going to melt, it would've done so...
Honestly, I didn't even have to take anything apart. I remember pulling on the shifter really hard to get it out of 5th the first time I drove it after install, and that had to be when I bent the fork. The fix was simple; when it popped out of 5th the last time, I pushed the clutch in, stuck it...
Yeah I'm still doing them, as long as what I pick up doesn't take up residence on my property. I can't be keeping items here for extended periods anymore. Erika got tired of looking at so much stuff sitting around the property.
I suppose I should've posted long ago that the throttle linkage was nice and free when I installed the engine. And I think I may have even installed a new throttle return spring, but I may not have. It's been a while now.

The led lights just plug in, they use the stock buckets.

If you need more than that, you aren't going...
You should allow the turbo to cool before shutdown on any turbocharged engine honestly, but some, mainly newer diesels will take more abuse before they fail.
You could also add a small harbor freight winch and weld a tab onto the crane to cinch it down tight when not in use. That would be ideal in concert with your rubber bumpers.
Hydraulic head is $300-$400, injectors are $25-$45 each for rebuild, or $50-$90 each to replace.
Fuel filters, depending on how well you thin, settle, and filter your oil will last anywhere from 200- 2000 miles normally. On clean fuel, and with a clean system, they last 6000-10,000 miles, at...
