Edit;The belts can be put on without REMOVING the fan, just walk the belt on as you rotate the fan. the water pump needs to rotated to loosen and tighten the belt, think there are 6 bolts that tighten it down, back off...
It seems like it would drag the skid steer before whatever your pulling unless you adding spades . But in all reality I don't think the loader frame will last , a winch that size will pull it apart.
There is a very small market for the old GMC's even the axles don't have a value like M35 Rockwells do , the mud truck guys love the Rockwells .
