    Doubt you will find them pre-bent , they are just copper tubing with ferals , the nut is re-usable but you will need new ferals . You could replace the with plastic tubing rated for air brakes , if you have a Parker dealer near you they should have everything or your local heavy truck parts...

    Did the shop replace the fuel filters ? If so it could be a plugged sock on the fuel pick-up in the tank . This would be a place to start.

    Dirty Filters , tired IP , bad injectors, low compression hard to say without knowing more. And it should have a TH400 not a TH350.

    The M1101's were built for the HMMWV's somewhat smaller and a lot lighter , the M105's were pulled with M35's and have air over hydraulic brakes .
