Yes I see, I'm really interested in the attachment on box.
I know how the frame holes and the concept, just trying to see the maintenance box attachment points and that configuration on how the OEM design was.
Thank you

Also inside that bulkhead connector there are several buss strips that feed different parts of each fuse, possible cause of issue

You answered your own question re visit the bulkhead connector and be more thorough and look closely for possible causes. Maybe you missed something.
Just a thought

That's your decision brother.
I was gonna do the same and I said what the h*** for now I'll leave it. to clean it out totally you got to unplug it from the harness inside the engine compartment, then there's a hole in the fire wall plug that up ETC
This is how I looked at it it, it's not...
Here's a picture where mine was. and I cleaned it all up. along with the uninsulated ground wire that goes to the body of the cab. a little black wire that goes into the harness, and then that big number 2 gauge wire that goes to the negative buss bar

Doghead modification is the starter solenoid under the dash that fails, causing the starter to run on all the time. people modify it with a more beefy solenoid. I'm sure if you put that in search Box it will pull up

I know all sorts of things didn't work on my truck until I really worked all those connections and most important the grounding of all the ground contacts. Also the instrument cluster on mine inside the ribbons was a disaster I had to do a whole new instrument cluster panel.

When you have the Gen. One light working you will see 14.2 V on the front battery immediately.
When it's out you'll only see battery voltage 12.6 approximately, until you rev it up with enough rpm then it will start seeing charging. At least that's what I found on my truck.

If you have a Volt meter on the ohm setting, and you touch both the leads together it will have a very low or 0 reading.
Now if you go to one side if you're wire Probe/Pierce the wire, Then to the other side and probe/ Pierce the wire, it should show you the Continuity/ resistance of the wire...
If you want to remove main bulk head wirring harness.
One 10mm or 3/8 bolt in the center of the conector, that is on the engine bay side.
Two screws on the drivers side compartment side,
Also two locking tabs.
Should let you separate it with a good grasp or with a couple small prying tool...
