I would look for a old ac air handler. Modify with the 3 20k heat strips each on separate breaker. Use the blower, remove the coil. I have seen a libby load bank on ebay awhile back for 900. Almost pick it up. But it was more k than I needed. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I317 using Tapatalk
