I would say you could pick any off the Meritor Technical Bulletin below. And again I believe it will be eaiser to find a 75W90 and the TB also shows that. ymmv
ETA... I will try my darnest to stay away from Chinese stuff... You are just not going to save than much on Chinese made oil to make...
I think you may have more options if you look at 75W90 synthetic . I am reading to see if I will go this way nor not.
The dude who I talked to doing gear swaps suggested Schaeffer 293 Supreme Gear Lube 80W90. I can't find this locally. 80w90 is good down to -15° F But reading below I...
Well I am not doing this for MPG... I want less RPM st highway speeds... There is way more to the equation than gearing with it comes too fuel economy. Rolling resistance, aerodynamics, weight, ect... A brick of a heavy truck with huge tires... well
Sigh... do you realize what you just said? I am no math magician but you will get go faster with less engine speed with a the 3.07 ratio vs the stock 3.90 .

Just keep in mind that surplus pumpkin chunks were being sold by the...
I do not believe this will hurt the off road capability of the truck. I am looking on having the truck more "driveable" It runs really well at 40 MPH... if I can get 15 MPH more with gears and same RPM I think this would be nice.
I have about 10,000 into the truck (govplanet, getting here...
ultimately I would like to put a camper on the back... but right now it's a toy... or something to tinker with. Weekend driver... chick magnet... Also says I am compensating for something...
Maybe I should ask will this add value to the truck? Could I get my money out of it if in worst case...
Do you think its worth the 5 grand to install the gears? I am trying to decide if I want to spend the money... What are the pros and cons. Would you spend the money again?
Those from Amazon will work but they do not have a diode across the coil like what came factory. Without it there will be a voltage spike in the system when the power is removed from the coil. Another reason I wanted the Bosch .
If you mean Picker relays... the ones I have seen have been made in China and they only come in one color. They will work but I gave the reasons I picked Bosch. Not made in China and 2 colors.
I found some plaststic clips at the auto store . I think the clips are for a Huyndi or somethinng like that. As for the screws I use #10 stainless steel.
He said the starter was bench tested and that was ok... Simple test and I have seen issues with K1 myself and strange started issues. Easy to rule out.
Just because the gauge is showing something doesn't mean there is power on the truck. There are no lights on the dash and the oil pressure isn't at zero. I am thinking there is no power... When I power up my truck the oil will go to zero.
I think there would be no harm if you link to the...
