Depends on your skills. Glow plugs can get stuck and break off. Injectors can catch air and will need to be bled.

Loosen/remove either the fuel injectors or the glow plugs to allow water to escape, then spin the engine a dozen or so times. That will expel the water and prevent hydro lock.
