I just figured out why I FVBARed the hydraulic lines to the Control Manifold when I changed it out: The 24&P Manual is showing two different lines going to the same socket on the backside.

Probably the standard dynamic within every organization, 90% of the work is done by 10% of the membership. I'd do more but my driving is limited to about an hour radius. Maybe one of these days, I have the time to do stuff just not physically capable of driving distance anymore.
Anybody from FL going to the GA Rally? Or somebody out of state passing thru via I10? I might have 4 HMMWV Doors I'm buying from fellow at Rally, can pay gas if somebody can relay.
I'll have a 4 Door Helmethead Top in early November, located in FL Panhandle between Hurlburt and Pensacola, FL. Its missing one T-Latch Handle assy, I believe the Amtech Part # is 495-01? Wampum towards X doors or 24-bolt wheels/37" MT/Rs or Super Swampers.
A 1988 Land Rover 110 that might get the RSOV treatment. The LMTV War Pig is just too much truck for me to drive so its going soon. Thank you I'll ask the above two Soldiers for help.
I've got 500d and 1000d Camo Green 483 Cordura Nylon to make the seat covers; the tan color I would use the same MJK Khaki 500d or 1000d used by Eagle to make the SFLCS armor systems and load carriage pouches, either MOLLE-based or fixed pockets sewn on.
Most of my summer has gone to dealing with my medical issues. I acquired a few War Pig items and M2HB parts along the way. Some things I had expected didn't come thru in time, but I think I've come to the conclusion the LMTV is just too much truck for me to handle, auto trans, floating cab just...

My 1994 LVAD has the splines, and I need both a door handle as well as window handle. Would prefer original style.
Your CAD for the original shape, I can have them cast but the 7071 aluminum alloy has a 5/32" per foot shrinkage. Would have to figure that as a percentage, blow up your CAD by...
Found this ebay auction for cheap 3/$3.00 (+$3.50 First Class) Grommet, Non-Metallic NSN 5235-01-375-1299 Part No 12417598, which mounts the washer fluid pump to the reservoir tank. I saw these for as much as $35 each online, won't name the vendor.
My local locksmith charged me $50 to cut 4 keys to fit my existing driver door latch and to match the wafers in the passenger door which had a different lock code
No inspections? I tried to get insurance via Progressive but they wouldn't cover it, but going to Progressive Commercial Insurance I got as quote of about $1100/yr as a commercial vehicle. My concern is they won't pay out if something happens and they discover I don't own a business.
War Pigs carried extra MFC full of fuel, Stinger Missiles, etc on a front bumper mounted rack, around the Western Iraq Desert, airflow around a KLR is probably much better
Radio "Doghouses"
It appears to be the same radio enclosure bolted to Humvee radio shelves as used on 6,5l GMVs. The model kit shows a double stack AM-7239/VRC on MT-6352 SINCGARS mount on the right with room to the left for the secondary radio amp mount MT-6353/VRC AM-7238B/VRC; or PSC-5...
