Looking forward to seeing the finished project. Lookin' good! I installed the drier and condenser fan this week end, and got the A/C/ hoses fabricated and installed today. I will vacuum it down tomorrow, check for leaks, and finish the wiring. Almost there! I will post pics shortly.

Pto SSG, Be careful! It's a heavy part. 2cents. There are 6 nuts. There is a nut on the top of the PTO; it is a bit tricky to get to.

FIne thread vs. Coarse thread I too, have spent almost as much on grade 8 fine thread as I did for the whole truck! I have a Friendly Hardware Place close by with sizes up to 2" Fine and coarse.

I will have to look and see if there is room to install and access the evaporator using the tool box. My concern would be access and sealing the box to prevent dirt and water from getting in. Neat idea if it would work. I sent you a PM.
