CTIS Parts TM? Speed signal generator wire needed.

May be simpler to simply put valve cores in the tires and do away with the CTIS.

In Ogden is the Union Station museum which has several locomotives, some old cars, John M. Browning arms museum and more. Ogden is also...

    M923 M939 VIN location....where I found mine.....

I have 2 trucks, a M923 and a M932A2. Neither have numbers in the frame and neither have been overhauled. From what I understand the get stamped in the frame at overhaul and will not have one there if it has not gone through an overhaul/rebuild.

It will only be stamped into the frame if it has gone through a rebuild. But the C523-05493 is the VIN. Don't use the NL0G1K part.

    MA registration without title?

Find another truck for sale WITH a title. This would solve all the problems you have spoken of. Or make seller come up with title. There are plenty of trucks for sale out there with proper paper work.

    MA registration without title?

I don't care where it comes from, for me it's "No title, No sale." The lack of a title in many states can cause a lot of grief. I know that some states don't require a title on vehicles over a certain age, but I have dealt with a no title sale on a car and won't ever do it again and don't...

    923a2 multi fuel?

The red dye in ATF is the same dye they put in "Off Highway Diesel" and can cause the mistaken thought of you running the "Off Highway" fuel illegaly. It's an expensive ticket and will be up to you to prove it was ATF which will require lawyers and litigation and that's no going to be cheap...
