I had a similar issue with gates thermostats. Couldn’t get my 09 over 160* all winter no matter what I did. Replaced thermostat again and same issue. Everything has been flushed but seems like my thermostat is staying open or opening earlier than it should. I need to get around to swapping it again.
I know there are factory replacement springs out there that will restore factory ride height. A set of quality shocks should help as well as restoring bushings (unless the springs themselves are shot which is likely at the age of these vehicles).

Id keep cranking on it but it’ll probably pop pretty quickly so be ready. As others have said, it’s the center hub that’s stuck so you could heat it up in that area if you’ve got the means to do it.
