I know that this has come up before but if I may. I have a 1991 humvee non turbo that is blowing white smoke. We live about 1.5 miles of the highway and it dosn't blow smoke until I get on the highway at speed. This will last even after she warms up and will take about 20 more miles before she...
Good day
When I start my 1991 it seems that the glow plugs (if that is what is happening) cycle on and off for to long (several minutes) with the volt meter going from the red to the yellow and last night when they finally stopped cycling the volt meter stayed down in the red slowly dropping...
Hi Guys
Plan on adding a battery disconnect switch and wondering if it is necessary to use the size cable that is used on the batteries.

Hi
My batteries are being drained just sitting for a couple of days. I noticed that when I take off the negative terminal and touch it to the post I get a spark. I would assume that this is indicating that something is drawing current. This is with everything shut off. Is there something that I...
Hi

HI

Thanks

OK
I have a 1991 Humvee and yesterday I tried to start her and all I got was a starter selenoid chatter. So I checked the batts and they were dead. Charged them overnight and the same thing just chatter.
So that's why I'm here looking for advice as to what to check.

Good day
I have a 1991 with a 6.2. Recently after starting her up and for several minutes it sounds like a relay is cycling on and off in the area of the starter switch. As it does the volt gauge drops and then goes up somewhat as the relay cycles off. Eventually it stops cycling and the volt...
Hi
Thinking of getting a military speaker for my CB radio for the military look. Does anyone know what the impedance of the speaker is inside or will I have to switch out the speaker.
Thanks for the help.
