Got everything working now, but there's no power going to the main panel where you hook up the leads. The 120 convenience receptical works, but not anything in the main box. I am a new 802A owner with an IQ around 60...lol...so maybe I am missing something...If I could make sense of the TM on...
Where is that sending unit for the oil pressure gauge located? The diagram on the inside of the door does not really show anything, and there's no photos on the TM.
THANK YOU gentleman for helping me get me 802A going again. Runs great, just need to get that oil pressure gauge fixed or replaced. It worked fine until we had the battery arc issue. Is it possible it blew the gauge when the batteries arced?
Found glass ones...will these work? https://www.amazon.com/Bussmann-AGX-30-Fuse-Acting-Glass/dp/B06Y2XVVJ1/ref=sr_1_6?crid=8C8B3EKHUOZU&keywords=30+amp+125v+fuse&qid=1684420501&sprefix=30+amp+125v+fuse%2Caps%2C183&sr=8-6
So...if I just wrapped this $25.99 (was 0.59 cents 18 years ago) burned out fuse in thin aluminum and slapped it back in there, would I be wrong? Lol...I cannot find one in San Antonio ...the second largest city in Texas, and 6th largest in the USA.
Lol...I used to buy those Bussman fuses for $0.75...and a box of six for $4.29. Kinda like humvee parts...they are not making anymore so they can charge crazy prices...
