That pipe, unless it is made of Aluminum, should be easy to solder.
The water pump itself, can be repaired with aftermarket 24 V pumps as per Juanprado
If your engine is good, you need to scroll down and look at some of the site supporters. There is a guy who makes turbo units for our motors that do not require purchase from a company with a used motor. You just add the turbo unit to your engine and keep driving.
The other alternative is to...
Dude, these are FMV former military vehicles that for many (but not all ) of us are luxury items, and the sky is the limit (unless your LE or FD). You need to enjoy your purchase, even if it is a daily driver. You spend what you want not based necessarily on value, but more based on preference...
Steve, Happy New Year.
I will say this rhetorically because of course you have tried...
Have you ever tried to clean that crap off of a vehicle? That vehicle has been permanently changed with the rhino liner. There is no way to return it to a more authentic state without investing at least 100...
Firstly , DON’T use caps!!!
Secondly, rhino lined vehicles are damaged and lose at least 30% value in my book.

FYI. Primer cord used carefully can loosen a boat propeller. It can probably also loosen a fifth wheel using less than 4 -6 inches of cord and a long fuse or long wired igniter.
Might I suggest some firecrackers or small length of primer cord to shake the area up to help open the knuckle? A big hammer might do too much damage. Back and forth while turning the wheel might also loosen up the fifth wheel.
I missed something… Rolling fairlead on the rear? I don’t see the winch.
You might drive the 18 wheeler a few miles to loosen the rust to open up the fifth wheel. Probably worth spraying it down with penetrating oil first.
Hello together!!
WELCOME
I expect my M998A2 in the course of spring.
And since patience is not my thing, I'm already gathering material. And there arise a par questions.
Start reading the forum. Everything.
Question 1: Tire size
I want to use the original 16.5" rims.
Up to what size above...
But it will give a rear window, be water tight, hold heat and will look terrific. It will accept a custom roll cage also. Finally, I will be able to add a proper electric custom sunroof.
