Your taking a gamble with any used motor , it doesn't matter where you get it . Most junkyards offer a 30 day warranty (if they offer any at all) on the motor but not any related parts or labor.

Is this a multi-fuel motor or a caterpillar motor ? You posted it is a M35A3 which has a caterpiller motor , at least post a picture of the whole motor so we can figure out what your working on.

That is a mil-spec headlight , not a standard 7 inch round headlight used in "other vehicles" , standard 7 inch round lights have 3 spades on them to a 3 prong connector. This is a "standard plug" used by the auto industry.

So HMMWV's don't use a standard military headlight with 3 wires with cannon plugs , like everything else ?

Other than removing the trailer brake components from the deck and the fifth wheel , it shouldn't be any different then putting a dump bed on any cab/chassis . Find a sub-frame and hoist from a dump and add a deuce bed.

Not all LED's are multi-volt , 24v on a 12v they won't last long.

Yes people have used them. Yes they need to be wired. You probably need to be more specific of what kind of lights and how you want to wire them.

Posting a picture would help . Is it a tag or painted on ? It is probably the moth/year it was painted with CARC.

They sold a bunch of stuff from Dow Chemical in Midland Mi last year and you had to use their approved contractors to load and pretty much had hire one of their transporters to get it off Dow property to their terminal.

I don't see them pulling stuff from their 5 other companies to GL, GovDeals does most of the non military sales . The only thing GL has sold here in michigan since GP took the rolling stock is for Pesico or auto industry surplus with a 18% buyers premium.

GL is pretty much gone now anyway , unless your buying scrap, so there would be much to gain sueing them.
