After that info I bet Ignition switch.
I just replaced one on Tuesday and it was getting rough turning the key.
Didn’t realize it until new one installed. Butter smooth now.
If you have 15 minutes and a Phillips screwdriver, your set.
Extremely easy.
Don’t forget to put electric grease on the connectors and lube your buckets.
This sounds like an issue that’s been building for a while.
Like CUCVRUS said, it’s a very easy and inexpensive fix.
You can do it in the parking lot. Borrow a steering wheel puller.
That’s a whole lot easier than hacking into wiring.
Used both in the building of a new well house this past weekend.
Did the tailgate modification on the tan trailer so it sits level and stronger.
Worked great.
Front gate modification has been done to both trailers and really comes in handy.

There were both 12v only and 24v only sets on there last time I looked.
Should be able to get part number off that.
Every light are Truck-Lite LEDs on my M925A2 and headlights on my CUCVs.

Injection pumps and transmissions go to the professionals, at least for me.

Been discussed quite a bit.
So do I, but when first got truck from auction, was just getting parts to get it going.
Didn’t want to wait days for initial ACDelco parts.
First it was the cheap fuel pump.
Lasted two weeks.
Replaced with ACDelco and no issues since.
Now the Ignition Switch.
Always replace parts now...
It’s fixed!!!
New switch installed and it fired right up.
I thought I had installed an ACDelco ignition switch when first getting truck going.
I did not.
It was not ACDelco but a different cheaper brand.
This time I did install an ACDelco part.
It fired right up and no fan issues anymore...
