It looks like the member on the member map close to you is pyro1955 over in Carsonville , I don't know if he has a towbar or not and he hasn't logged on in over 2 years . I got a set of 1 inch feet but no tow bar yet . Your kinda in the middle of nowhere .
The rubber bonds it together , it is also what takes the vibration out . Brazing it back together would most likely lead to a broken crank , there are certain parts it just doesn't pay to go the cheap route on , it will cost you in the long run.
Probably easier to download them to a disc and take it to Staples/ Officemax or a printer and have them print them , especially the 3 older ones . You could put a want ad in the classifieds and see if anybody has any for sale . Maybe hit-up
