I'm with Gimp on this one. It's certainly an M295 chassis. A 17'. M36 bed would bolt right on there. The M814 bed would overhang the rear frame by 3'. I wantet to build one of these on an M295 chassis I had. Never found the body and Wreckerman893 persuaded me out of the chassis.

General rule of thumb is 10% of total trailer weight as tongue weight. Going heavier is always better as long as you aren't towing with something short and light.
