Were you in a black truck with red OK tags?? If not I must have misted you by a few minutes. Mine was the only one with out a top. They unloaded 2 more 818 when I was there.

I tried it in low and high looked it the linkage under the truck as someone eles moved the shifter and it seemed to be working ringht. It may be the shaft. How hard is that to replace??
Went to pick up my M818 to day. Got it started ok, every thing looked good underneth.
Went to pull out and nothing happened. Tranmission and clutch seem fine. Sorth shaft truns freely with the tranfer case in high , low, and nuetral. Shifter moves freely and has good locks in all detens.

It sounds like to me they want the $$ before the EUC's clear. This is for Demill B and Q thats EUC stuff. So you pay then wait and wait and wait. They will have your $$ and you wont have **** till they get around to sending in the euc's
You can get a some MIG welder that will do the sheet metal up too 1/4" for not too much. They come in 110v and 220v. You can use them with and with out gas. I perfer the Argon/CO2 mix ,It does make a big deferance over just CO2. If you arc welded in the past the MIG will be easy for you to use...
