From what you posted, these look like the same doors that currently are available on the stripped down vehicles, allowing for free and open ventilation.

;)
Spamazon and fleabay have combo hitch and pintle for sale at reasonable prices and swift delivery. I bought that for my HMMWV, and others here [HMMWV Forum] have posted pics.
[I used search terms "receiver hitch and pintle"]
Just an idea.

Welcome!!!
Depending on your PCB, (protective control box), the glow plugs may be kept ON until the engine warms up completely. This electrical drain will reflect in lower voltage and amperage until the engine block warms up.
The "yellow light" might also pulsate, (especially noticeable at...
IIRC, the "what have you done lately" thread has pics of custom made rear half doors. Maybe 2 or so months ago, (give or take)?
[EDIT - not in the what ya' done section, but I found the link...
Gonna have to take apart and unfreeze. :(
Since I have owned it the darned thing has been frozen. [EDIT - The knob].
Gonna try heat BUT I think a soak in mild acid and then a soak in penetrating erl is gonna be required.
Mine needs adjustment now that the warm weather is here.
Current E-brake slips so I have the two manual brakes on the M1101 holding her nice and firm.
I think working on your E-brake is a stellar idea, and it motivates me to do the same rather than relying on my wheel chocks and trailer.
Any boat shoppe or marina will have the ability to do it.
Either that or buy the zippers and clear plastic and an industrial sewing machine and have at it.
Huh? Keep what going? The truck? The fuel pump? The lights and electrics?
You can absolutely run a 12 V system with its own battery, but what is the other stuff about?
I would like for you to go to the "Trailers" forum and search "M1000" and "Patracy". Then look at all the damage done by GovPlanet with their forklifts. Then try to explain how what you are doing is in any way rational.
An F450 is in no way a flatbed, and you want to "High Center" your HMMWV by...
When you place the timbers, they will all jut out without being attached to each other. That means only 2 - 4 timbers will support the rear of the truck. ALSO they will be like cantelevers, so if the front of the timbers are not attached to the trailer, the fronts will fly up making a wedge...
NORMAL with some of the older PCB "protective control box" to cycle the glow plugs until engine is warmed up.
Search THIS FORUM for Walmart 24F batteries with "northern" manufacture. There are a few threads about this as far as good batteries.
NEVER WORK ON YOUR TRUCK WITHOUT DISCONNECTING...
Amazing the utterly ridiculous things people will do to place the rest of us drivers at risk.
Rent the proper flatbed tow vehicle and stop being a danger to the rest of us.
What an amazing inconsiderate post. You're placing all of us at risk with such a dangerous poor excuse of a trailer...
