I bought a 1960 International Travelette (crew cab) and was going to do the same thing but the cab had too many rust issues.

Unless something is restricting the flow of fuel other than a clogged filter you may have a pump issue.
There is also the possibility that it's sucking air into the line somewhere.
The super singles on my M927 weigh about 500 pounds each.....there is extendable boom behind the cab that a chainfall can be attached to for loading/unloading the spare.
I've found that the best way to deal with a tire change/repair is to take it to the repair shop down the road....for thirty...

If you use the BII lug wrench and bar you have to hold the bar with one hand while reaching in to dis-engage the ratchet. This leaves you holding the weight of the tire with one hand on the bar which is through the end of the lug wench.

If you are referring to the A2's with duals you should know that running a tube type tire flat (duals) can cause the tire to catch fire.
You can single out the rears to get spares for the front.

Find a 6.5 and drop it in the dead Blazer........apply CARC, military accessories and make a clone of your truck.
Lots easier that swapping everything off the civy onto your truck.
They have been selling the rear axles at a site near and dear to me.......along with the engines, transfer cases and tires and rims.
Anybody with a good shop could buy the parts and build a nice vehicles on the cheap.

Deuce-Coupe was one it's assigned drivers when it lived at Camp Blanding, FL.
I outbid him when it sold out of Redstone.
