I'm in.....Rome is about 40 miles east of me.
If that old phart can show up with a gun truck I can bring a big truck.
The M927 has a 20 foot bed and the troop seats and cargo cover are still in place.
PM me for contact info.
We can roll the cover up on the sides to keep the sun...
As always there are two sides of the story.......but (IMHO) it adds another level of irritation to what should be a simple process. Most reps have voicemail on their phones.....just because a phone rings doesn't mean you have to drop what your doing and answer it....especially if you are...
He seemed like a decent sort......gave me the skinny I'll need to do my pickup.
I've been to Rucker a couple of times and having an ID card helps with getting on post so unless Mr Murphy rears his ugly head everything should go as planned.
That's what I've always heard them called....I think that was what was written on the hand receipt that listed all the BII that you had to sign for when you were issued a vehicle.

I know it sucks being the toad in the road but that is the nature of the beast...
I would not mount those tires on deuce rims.....way too narrow. Just because you can do something doesn't mean you should.
You may also have clearance issues....I think there are some threads addressing this issue.

They're off of Memorial Parkway (State Hwy 231) east of Redstone.
I plan on taking the M927 up there with a load of trade goods since they...
The lunatics are indeed running the asylum.:cookoo::roll:
"Never argue with an idiot.....they will drag you down and beat you with experience every time."
You bought a CUCV........good luck with that.roflrofl
Just kidding......welcome to the Green Iron Laughing Accademy:cookoo:
The world famous GA Rally is in Oct..........be there or be square.
Elmo says.....It'll be a...
