this is very similar to what I have described elsewhere. If you can get a Dremmel in, cut a 90° crosshatch. Use a flat head screwdriver or cut the tip off of a Phillips head, and twist the bolt out after heating with a blow torch and then using anti-seize spray.

in a worst case scenario, buying and bending stainless steel lines and flaring the tips with a tool is not overly complicated. just remember that stainless steel lines just require a single flare. It is also at a different angle than copper or other lines that get a double flare.

I think there is a bigger problem here. I think your starter was grounding your entire engine. That means you need to install ground cables to the engine from the frame.
First check all engine ground cables. then check alternator ground wires. Finally check starter wires and stuff. Also check wires to batteries! They are old and if they short circuit they are attached to body and brake lines.
Only a few things have that kid of juice and are not on a fuse.
