What's the difference between the accident "report" and the accident "card"?
I always thought the chamfering was standard on these kinds of pins (and probably for the reason you mention). All the pins I see have the shoulders eased like that. But the ones I run across are usually 3/8" or less, and that might have something to do with it.
Have you thought about any special lighting for behind all that? Like those UV running lights you see under some cars. You know something like this. You might not have any interest, but is that part of the plan at all?
