Why a 211.....a deuce would be better suited for this conversion and has the multi-fuel capability.

If you are going to take two batteries and a set of jumper cables (very heavy ones) you need a "dogbone" cable to go between them so you can make 24 volts.
PM CSMDAVIS at Camp Shelby....they will prob be parting out some wreckers that are coming off the base right now. The baseplates should be the same for the 900 series wreckers since they both use the same wrecker bed.
If the vehicle has been sitting a long time this can be a common problem.
Brake shoes get moisture on them and rust to the drum.

Any oily mess I make is kept in plastic bags until I need some hot fire starter.
WMO burns real hot....it will make green wood burn after a while.....the same goes for WVO.

The scrappers are buiying these trucks and driving them out the gate to the chop shops. Engines, trannys and radiators are cut out and the tires are removed....the rest is headed to China on a slow boat.
My source at Shelby tells me GL got their arse kicked on the last sealed bid sales for the M931's and wreckers........appearently they have a steep learning curve.
The recovery went remarkably well except for having to wait to get mirrors installed.
Truck had no heater and the windshield wipers (electric) had been removed. It was actually snowing for a while up there but the weather cleared just as we left the truck shop where I picked it up.
