I bought a new clutch return spring, just to put new in over my questionable old one - but I shelved the project because I couldn't figure out how to install it (I couldn't apply the necessary force to stretch it ALL that distance in the confined space). How did you manage it?
I'm sorry Gunzy, while your M985 is my dream wheeled rig, I had to vote for Kloakndagr. I mean, Half Life references? Yeah, I'm a big geeky computer nerd that loves big green trucks too. That truck of Kloakndagr's just fed more than one addiction at once.
I'm not very good at recommendations, because I personally tend to do more than is necessary and additional "while I'm in there.." tasks. But, if you'd like to hear it, my recommendations, in order, for these single circuit brake systems where a single point of failure means no brakes...
I also highly recommend installing a "remote brake fluid reservoir". It makes checking and topping off the brake fluid level SO MUCH EASIER and faster. :)
After filling the master cylinder, did you bleed the brakes? You first need to bleed the air pack, then move to the axles. I start with the wheel cylinders (following the brake lines routing) farthest from the master cylinder:
Passenger middle axle >> Passenger rear axle >> Driver rear axle >>...
After installing a HEMTT air-ride seat:

and using my stock seat belts, the plastic holding the buckle and covering the seat belt mechanism broke. I probably had the bolt...
I looked on Erik's and there isn't an exact match to this unit, only ones with different fittings and lower & higher air level cut-offs. Neither of those changes are what I want. This one still works great, but slowly leaks air.
After I sealed the top with RTV, the air assist stopped working...
I haven't been working on this project as of late. I will admit the deuce projects this year turned out to be much bigger than I had anticipated with additional maintenance piled on top so I'm burned out on "projects". But I will need to finish tearing down and removing any items I would like to...
I used my deuce to haul away clippings from the bushes that separates me and one of my neighbors. The hedge went from about 14' tall to ~5.5', so, MUCH shorter, and was about 60' in length. We just barely got everything packed into the M105, but of course I didn't get a picture of the M105...
It's for "Sergeant Kup", the Transformer (also see my current profile picture).
The story is, once a good friend asked me how my "autobot" was doing. I grew up loving the transformers so I named my truck after my favorite one back in the day. ;)

A short excerpt...
I went to the movies this morning and saw the most manly movie there. Finding Dory, of course.
Then I went grocery shopping.

Update on on the seat: it rides like a dream but certainly does leave less room in the cab. I'm not uncomfortable by any means. Except, I'm sitting too...
Almost exactly 1 month ago I purchased a lightly used (with a little sun fading) HEMTT air-ride seat and had it shipped via Fastenal ($225) all the way from North Carolina to Utah (about 1900 miles).
For me, the main perk of the purchase was that it came with a seat base adapter so I...
And I just renewed three weeks ago for full price. It seems I'm always too late or too early. I suppose I can go the route like Mntsnow or ODFever, and buy additional years...
I'm digging the rubber bumper pads. I've never thought of something like that, but I like it! Reminds me of the bumper pads on my '77 Plymouth Trailduster, which seemed a common feature in that era. I've also seen the large HMMWV bumpers with similar.
Most I've read just get theirs rebuilt locally, or a used take out from another member - but I've never read about someone bothering to ship a used radiator!
