Rivets
Not just the plate... after the plate is removed there are some bottom up rivets that go from the cavities of the suspension assy up through the bottom flange of the frame. They are **** to remove. I cut the heads off by using a long torch head in the pockets. Then I lift the rear of...
Deuce
If you want the whole assy to come out together you will need to remove the rivets. The 5 ton trucks are bolted in but the deuce is riveted. It will be MUCH easier to remove the axles w/o the suspension.
Look up bobbed deuce threads and you will find pics of the rears being pulled out...
manual CTIS
I chased this down a few years ago and the short answer is no.
The long answer: The viking valve at the wheel is not always open. i.e. the hub is not always pressurized so the seals on the hub are not always holding pressure. The valve at the wheel requires a delta pressure from...
deuce
Welcome. Do you come to the MSR road track in Angleton? I live ~15 min from there and have several pieces for you to look at. Some for sale.

Justin
OK folks. My dually is for sale and I just received a call from a guy that has been kicking the tires. He will come by on Sunday to buy the truck. If it sells I will not bring the track...
I will however still bring a live minigun and ground stand (provided it is OK with Tim and...
Track
I offered to bring my track. I am still working out the logistics as I am in AZ this week and AL next week. I am still working it...

vest
tankvest.com is where I bought it. If you want one give me a call. I bought two but I sold my 2nd KLR last week. I never mounted it on that bike because I did not install the IMS tank. The crash bars were made possible because of you... Thank you. The bark busters work fine with the...
kevin
Thanks Kevin but I have it worked out. Please check Westex post. He needs to have a drill rig moved from FL to my place in TX.
I was recently talking with Stewart about F450s. Did you recently get one?

plate
The holland plates will not simply pin on. This plate comes with adapter bushings so you can use the plate's pins on the M916 base.

Plate and pins
I have a plate and a set of pin adapters for $1100. I converted my M916 to 2" but now it will be converted to a cargo truck.

I picked up the KLR-turned-into-an-M1030 today from having the front wheel changed out with an 18" wheel tire combo. The shop scuffed the black paint but I can touch it up when I paint the back wheel. I took it for a drive on the cattle trails on our land and it is now rock solid off-road...
crossdrive
Wow... i finally received a call back on the X200-4 search. $10,000 for a pull out with no warranty. After I got over the sticker shock I bought a shifter and learned about the required wiring harness. These are not computer controlled but they do have a cannon plug for a wiring...
Shirt
Tim,
I will buy an extra shirt to cover the -1 headcount from Zev. If there is a higher cost for his XXL over the other sizes then I will take 2 to cover it.

Not quite
I am still updating the XM474E2. It uses the M113 drive system. If I replace the current set up I can omit 2 of the required components and install a Cummins.
The vehicle currently consists of a motor, crossdrive, transmission and steering dif.
The engine compartment is cramped...
Hey folks. I need some help tracking down an Allison X200-4. The variants are A, B and C. I want to convert my track to the A3 drive.
