Oops, I pulled it from my spam folder and I did not catch the date!
I don't bid on any big items nowadays as very little comes out of La and seems all the action close to me is at Mobile.
Plastic tank aluminum radiators have been standard for 25 years plus. I would think any modern "approved" name brand anti freeze will be fine in our hmmwv's that is Plain old green regular formula will do the job. Don't get fixated on long life, extended drain interval, fancy this or that etc...
See below the announcement of GP fee increase. Getting closer to Organized crime :-(
Dear valued customer,
We want to make you aware that effective June 1st, 2020 we will be adjusting our buyer transaction fees for purchases made on GovPlanet to a two-tiered structure to take into...
not sure what mac charges but it is a common civy trucking lens and truck pro or napa might be cheaper. This lens has been used for 20+ years.... Same as all mv's for many years and models also just not hmmwv.
I remember the fields at Red River full of them 5-6 years ago. There was so much stuff there parked on roads and the back areas it was insane. 80% of what I saw was soft skinned. It all was scrapped in the GL days with no culling of parts/anything allowed. Total destruction and new Budweiser...
400 amp uses their own set of brackets different than the 200. As stated very heavy (like you are not going to install it by your self with out an overhead winch) and makes the engine compartment very tight. Epay sometimes has the 400 amp brackets.
Make sure you are looking at the correct...
and we will see more Army trucks leaking out......Be patient and things will normalize when those start to flood the market then slowly creep up as the supply dries up again like with the m35's and m939's.
All about supply and demand.
Just curious as I do not know specifics but I thought all unarmored hmmwv's were ok to sell? Or is just the USMC that did their own thing with the later models.
What models will be realeased? Is this Army, USAF, and USN units?
So what is it that causes so many of these to stick?
Rust due to water?
Seems like threads if sealed with pipe thread compound would be ok.
Does the oe nor military goop plugs?
Here is a link to ebay on a m353 with a 600 gallon pod. Not my listing.....just found it browsing for something else.

If you saw the prices for the very first M998's that sold when they were allowed again in the $30-40K range. Not slantbacks nor X doors. Just plain Jane ... but those folks wanted to be the first to own one after the USMC units had leaked out 10 years earlier.
