No idea. I have not actually seen the inside of one, only the drawings in the TM. 8-10 years ago I passed on buying them, in part because I had one of the cables that allows the voltage straight from the truck slave port, and in part becuause I almost always have a generator and shore power...
TM 10-7310-281-13-P says the complete battery pack weighs 93 pounds complete, the procedure for changing the batteries is in Work Package 43, in that WP it says each battery weighs 35 pounds. NSN for the battery is 7310-01-454-1249 and a quick Google search shows Teleflex as the supplier...
Replaced by the PRC-77, which uses the same battery. Main difference between the two radios is the final RF output uses tubes in the -25, and transistors in the -77. PRC - Personal (man carry) Radio Communication, VRC - vehicular radio communication, ARC - aircraft radio communication, etc.
If you look at my sig line, you should notice that I have six deuce-and-a-halfs in SC. Yes, they are registered as 'property carrying' (weighted tags), but unless you plan on carrying large loads, so what i did, and register them at a maximum of 18,000 pounds. That would allow a regular deuce...

If the turbo blades do not spin easily by hand, then you have found the problem! It might be simple - the oil has gummed it up, and it might be expensive - the turbo needs to be rebuilt/replaced. Don't try running it till you know which is the problem.
Since Deuce pistons start melting at around 1200-1300 degrees F and the exhaust temps by the time it gets to the J pipe are about 100 degrees F less, anything that is good to 1500 F will do fine IMHO.
You may have to get the parts of the kit as you find them. Some parts will be harder than others to obtain, and as soon as you have three of the four boxes, an entire kit will come available!
Since the lawsuit probably started shortly after the accident, this might explain why they have been raising the rates on us so much in the ensuing years - the insurance company has already raised their rates, and probably dictated some maintenance changes that cost money, so DT is just passing...
A long time ago, in a galaxy far away, Dwight and I were messing around one weekend after checking the main radio out on the regular frequencies, so we went up to 11 meters and started listening while pointed at various points of the compass. We picked up a strong signal about 61.5 degrees east...
Better check with BATFE first to see if they will allow a mobile ammunition manufacturing facility as the first step, and get it writing! Then talk to your insurance agent once you have approval from BATFE in writing. Don't know how it is in the northeast, but here in SC the ammo dealers at...
