Your problem thmpr will be twisting the rear frame member. You need diagonal bracing from the bottom of the receiver to each side frame (45* angle or so). Clean looking otherwise. Nice job.
Your price on 395s isn't stated, but once you get 7 plus adaptors and wheels, that is not a cheap change. Don't forget to have the hubs flipped on the rear for dish out mounting of the single.
My preference is dual 11.00 on rear and A3 rim w/14.5r20 for steer.

Do you want round or square? I have a few semi axles and budds. If by chance you just want a one piece rim, the budd Isuzu fits (6 x 8.75 Bc) and you can get 19.5 or 22.5". Here is picture of the 19.5 on an m105 axle. Height is 31".

No, go back in this thread and it gives the shift sequence. Going from 2 to 3 the converter is unlocked. Then the converter locks while in 3 and is locked when going from 3 to 4. That puts a lot of strain on the 4th clutch pack that could be avoided.
