Third photo shows the plug to remove when greasing the axle.
If you have grease oil inside the boots then you have other problems
The nomenclature is dust boot not oil boot...
It is broke. Now get one of those 17 guys in the motor pool to fix it.

Do NOT put diesel crankcase drain oil in anything, It is crap. Oil is cheap enough to put a few gallons of New motor into a full tank of diesel fuel, whatever it is they are selling nowadays called diesel fuel.
Look and see what it is You are trying to protect.
The TM indicates in a drawing the part and the next or previous page has the NSN of that part.
Put that NSN into part target and it shows everything there is to know about the part.
