Im with you on the trolley valve. I think the only issue is the tractor is to short to crew cab,the front axle will easily get into the cab with minimal flex. The option with the tractor frame would to be a Chevy Tahoe style notch to allow tire to clear but it would be pretty involved.

I would vote for m809 series trucks. I have 3 m35's and 2 m51 dumps as well as one m925. The dump trucks are okay empty but if you load them they almost only run in low range. I've attempted loads in high and had to stop on a hill because the truck will die to the point of choking out. One...
The truck looks awesome! What motor does it have in it? I was the one that cut the m105 hubs. I do know that the inner fender may be your only issue. But I do have a M105 with fmtv wheels and adapter plates.
