The problem is, unless i forge the paper work, I can't legally get it out the country. The paperwork has to go through the military channels for approval and I don't have the support of my command. So, I am so FUBAR'd. Unless someone with more money than me can afford to "aquire" it and ship...
If it was goimg to a military museum(owned by Uncle Sugar), then it's not that hard to get out the country. I was trying to get it out for personal use. I'm sure the way $$$$ talks, I could get the required paperwork from an Iraqi Military Official.. It's the part getting it out the country...
Here is a picture of the ignition test set. The wire second from the bottom, center is the adapter for timing lights. It screws inline with the spark plug wire. It's basicly a plug wire with threaded atachments at either end.
I like the tagging idea. have the tags as sticky's at the beggining of each vehicle form. Just to remind everyone that the only TM's/ Military Manuals that can be uploaded are the one's that aren't restricted distrubution. The front should say "approved for public release" or something close...
Pour air tool oil into the inlet on the drag link.. might free up what's binding. As far as being non repairible.. a little ingenuity. a vice, and a big pipe wrench might be in order. I've repaired many things deemed non repairible.
