No, most likely the CTIS system is not working and you can figure that out later. You can air the tires up like any other tire, there are valve stems. Holding air is another question.

Disconnect the CTIS controller. It doesn’t need to be plugged in for the vehicle to operate. If still having the problem start looking past the CTIS. Most likely a grounding or electrical problem. Mine had a loose wire on the starter solenoid.

Oh and why you see bolts on the middle frame attaching to the bottom frame is because mine started as a M1078 then purchased an older M1079 and swapped the middle and top frame. Which had all the mounting points.

My 2003 3126B has 37,000 miles on the original HEUI pump. I’m driving it daily as we are traveling the country in it for the next 2 years nonstop. Just treat the engine with respect. Regular maintenance fix all oil leaks and keep it clean to identify any new leaks. Oil and fuel filter changes...

Search pael plugs on McMaster Carr website. Measure the hole diameter and put that in the filter. Not the cheapest route but that’s where I bought mine.
