press Ser Drive then enter for head lights. Most of the time I have to press enter very hard and hold it and sometimes multiple times. Some times repeat the process. The enter button isn’t the most responsive. I did open it up and clean some green oxidation off but it didn’t seem to help.
I never call for that reason, I go there in person to order parts then go back typically the next day and pick them up. And even there in person parts guys are typically not the friendliest. I don’t think they like dealing with individuals as customers.

Fiberglass would be the way to go but will take a lot of work.

Pneumatic actuators are excellent and clean. When I worked for the animated robotics company (Sally Corporation, in Jacksonville FL) all our characters were pneumatic and was always fun getting the speeds correct to match the type of movement. Disney uses hydraulics in all of there characters...
Air actuators are only 2 positions retracted or extended and can be too fast requiring restricted valving to slow it down. Plus I wanted it to just have a single 12 volt connection.
