Mine also had 3 shims per bracket. Fortunately all mine were able to be removed downward, so I only had to loosen the bracket bolts, not remove them entirely.
Alignment day. Just for reference, the shims on the upper control arms were decently thick. I took a pic with my micrometer.
As for the tires. They were toe out 3" overall. The measurements before aligning it were 87" rear, 90" front. lol

Pulled the rear shims out of the upper control arms today. That was fun. The rear most upper arm brackets are a PITA to get to.
Up next is a homemade alignment.
Laying down some primer and base coat. The doors are pretty straight right out of the box. One had a gouge in it from shipping, but that was easily filler and blocked smooth. I will say, they have been a nightmare for fish eyes. It must be the release agent used when building the doors. I chased...
They look decent. The inside of the door definitely looks different from originals, or the reproduction ones from West Kentucky Surplus.
Seller claims they weigh 400lbs on a pallet. Mine were 280lbs on a pallet. So unless he's packing the doors full of lead, his weight is off.
My truck came out of GA. The tank was full of water and sludge. The IP was filled with it too. Here's what mine looked like before I gave it a good cleaning.
So, got in a new set of doors from West Kentucky Surplus. They arrived in about a week, and were packed well and arrived safe and sound.

I've got everything I can out of these Coopers. Both rears are slicks now. I was driving in the rain this morning, and she handles like a fat girl on skates. lol
